Meet the O'Briens

I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Katrina O'Brien, I am a cellist in the Denver metro area. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and have extensive performance experience. This includes recitals with my private studio, weddings, funerals, church services, corporate events, wine tastings, symphony orchestras, ballet companies, you name it! This has given me experience preparing and performing a wide range of music. I also teach! (Website linked).
In my school years, I participated in the various youth orchestras and ensembles, most notably the Honor’s Performance Series at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
In college, I served as principal cellist in the University Symphony Orchestra, and also played with the department’s tuition-funded quartet, the Cohen Quartet. I participated in these ensembles as well as the Baroque Ensemble and Contemporary Ensemble, along with other various chamber and jazz ensembles and as featured soloist on tour with the Singing Statesmen.

I'm Kyle O'Brien, a Denver area guitarist. I have been playing since I was 8 years old and my parents enrolled me in formal lessons. Since then, I have made my music my own by becoming a singer-songwriter. I have experience playing weddings, church services, busking, and more! I have been performing since I was a child, as my mom was our church's worship leader and I filled in on guitar and drums.
What I love about being a professional musician is getting to cater our performance to your venue, preferences, and requests. One of my favorite performance memories is adapting a full set of Disney music to create an intimate, folksy wedding atmosphere for a friend.
